The 18th edition of the National Festival in Popular Astronomy will be held from 22-24 June 2023 in Constantine, Algeria. The festival is supported by the IAU, AfAS as well the AUASS. The subject for this eighteenth edition is “The Infrared Universe” and we will be: “Exploring the Invisible Universe: Celebrating one year of putting into service the James Webb Space Telescope.” There will be an Astro Fair, lectures, workshops and sighting sessions. All these activities have made this annual festival a much sought astronomical rendez- vous in Africa, the Middle East and beyond. Local accommodation will be provided for free to African amateur and professional astronomers who can join. As much as possible, we will also facilitate their visit in various ways. Activities are multilingual and a fair part will be in English, although some will be in French and Arabic.
